The Fiscal Year 2026 Supplemental Budget Act

To authorize and appropriate additional sums from the National Treasury for general operations and capital improvements of the Republic of Palau for Fiscal Year 2026 through amendments to RPPL 12-3 and RPPL 11-37; to provide for the automatic appropriation of amounts received in the Infrastructure Maintenance Fund; to authorize the use of additional Fiscal Year 2023 Debt Consolidation Fund monies for targeted debt reduction and prepayment; to increase residential electric utility subsidies; to establish presumption that appropriations for national audit functions are non-lapsing unless otherwise expressly provided by law; to amend the procedure for tariff adjustments by the Palau Public Utilities Corporation; and for other related purposes.
