Finding Your Representative
Each of Palau’s sixteen states is represented by one member in the House of Delegates, while the Senate represents the nation as a whole through thirteen members elected at large. Citizens can identify their representative by visiting the OEK’s website or contacting the Public Information Office for up-to-date contact details.

How to Contact Your Representative
Citizens may reach their representatives through several channels:
- Email: Directly send an email to the official address of your Delegate or Senator.
- Letter: Address written correspondence to the member’s office at the National Capitol in Ngerulmud or our Satellite Office in Koror.
- Phone: Call the member’s office for inquiries or to schedule an appointment.
- In Person: Meet your representative during office hours at the Capitol or during community visits and consultations in your state.
- Community Meetings: Attend public hearings, town halls, or constituency meetings where legislators engage directly with citizens.
When contacting your representative, include your name, state, and a clear explanation of the issue or concern you wish to raise. If writing, keep messages concise and respectful, focusing on specific topics or questions.
