Honorable Mengkur W. Rechelulk serves as Delegate representing Koror State in the House of Delegates of the Republic of Palau, Twelfth Olbiil Era Kelulau, and currently serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means and Financial Matters. He began his public service with the Koror State Government from 2003 to 2005 and was first elected to the Koror State Legislature in 2006, serving consecutive terms in the Eighth (2006–2009), Ninth (2010–2013), and Tenth (2014–2016) Legislatures, where he held leadership roles including Committee Chairman and Floor Leader.
He was elected to the national legislature in 2016, serving in the Tenth Olbiil Era Kelulau (2016–2020), and was re-elected in 2020 (2020–2024) and 2024, continuing his service in the Twelfth Olbiil Era Kelulau (2025–present). Throughout his tenure, he has held key leadership roles in finance and policy, including Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means and Financial Matters. Honorable Rechelulk is widely regarded for his leadership, institutional knowledge, and continued commitment to strengthening governance and advancing the development priorities of Koror State and the Republic of Palau.
