Honorable Timothy R. Sinsak serves as Delegate representing Ngarchelong State in the House of Delegates of the Republic of Palau, Twelfth Olbiil Era Kelulau, where he currently serves as Chairperson of the Committee on Cybersecurity and Technology. Guided by his vision of Tal Bekall, his service reflects a strong commitment to unity, progress, and the well being of his community. He pursued his education at Navarro College in Texas and later at the Community College of Denver, building a solid foundation for a career dedicated to public service. His early professional experience includes service as a police officer, Inspector with the Environmental Quality Protection Board, and Deputy Postmaster, reflecting a steady progression of leadership and responsibility.
Delegate Sinsak’s leadership was further distinguished through his service as Postmaster General from 2013 to 2021, where he played a key role in modernizing the Palau Postal Service, strengthening operational systems, and advancing legislation to enhance efficiency and national service delivery. He also fostered cooperation with the United States Postal Service and the United States Postal Inspection Service to strengthen technical capacity and oversight. In addition to his role as Chairperson, he serves as a member of several key House Committees, contributing to initiatives in environmental protection, infrastructure development, and national resilience. Drawing from his extensive and well-rounded experience, Delegate Sinsak continues to advocate for effective governance and improved public services for the people of Ngarchelong State and the Republic of Palau.
